From the A386 between Yelverton and Plymouth, take the road signposted to Milton Combe. Do not follow Sat Nav from the A386. Instead, we suggest you follow the brown signs to Buckland Abbey.

Go past main entrance to Buckland Abbey on right hand side. 1/4mile, turn left and proceed carefully downhill to Milton Combe. When you reach the pub on left hand side, turn right and drive slowly down main street for 200m until you see parking space for The Bolthole on the left. Park and the cottage is on the opposite side of the lane.
