To
book your holiday, please contact Sally Wetherbee either by telephone
01822 810285 or by submitting our enquiry
form. A booking form will then be sent to you for completion. Return
it with your cheque for the deposit/full payment.
Holidays
will only be confirmed once a cheque for the deposit is received with
the booking form. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences.
If the booking is within 8 weeks of your holiday, we require full payment
immediately.

Booking
Conditions
- We
regret that in the event of cancellation we are unable to refund monies
paid and therefore we advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance
to cover unforeseen circumstances.
- The holiday
letting is for the occupation of the guests only as notified on the
booking form, unless otherwise agreed by the owner.
- It is
a condition of the holiday letting that the property is left in a clean
and tidy condition. Any breakages must be reported as soon as possible
and paid for before departure.
- Unavailability
of the property. The owner may cancel bookings made if the property
becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the owner's reasonable control,
including without limitation, flooding, fire, significant damage to
the property or failure of utility services to the property. We will
try to find you alternative accommodation or at your option, we will
refund any sums you have paid. We shall have no other liability to you.
- Pets
are not allowed on furniture or in the bedroom. Pets must not
be left unsupervised
in the property unless by prior agreement with the owners. Please clear
up inside and outside, any traces of your pet, before you
leave.
