Lower Tor Cot is situated on the edge of the village of Marldon which has two excellent pubs, a village shop, post office and garage. The self catering accommodation comprises:

• Double bedroom.
• Twin bedroom with 2 single beds.
• Small single bedroom on the ground floor.
• Bathroom with bath and separate shower. Separate WC
• Lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player, radio/cassette and CD, multi-fuel stove.
• Dining area and well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
• Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

• NSH, electricity by meter reading Oct - Mar inclusive
• Fire fuel included.
• Telephone - incoming only.
• Booster seat. Travel cot. Stairgate.

• Newspapers, groceries and meals by arrangement
• Cream tea on arrival.
• Unsuitable for the infirm.

Cottage very cosy and quiet.  Well equipped – short of nothing.  Cream tea a nice touch and enjoyed.  Personal contact also nice, very welcoming.  Nice to be out of hustle and bustle but close enough to everything.  Recommend Broadhembury for those who like to travel a bit (35 miles).

The perfect break after a busy Christmas for us.  A home from home experience and so central to everything.  Our dogs loved it so much, especially touring Venford Reservoir and Dartmoor.  Amazing views and walk round Scabbacombe not for the faint hearted!  Hope to see you in the summer.
