Sallys Holiday Cottages

The Bolthole - reservation, payment and terms

Please check availability by submitting our enquiry form or by telephone (01822 810285). If the cottage is available we will email you a booking form and would ask you to complete it and return it together with your deposit, which can be paid on line or by cheque in the post. We hold provisional bookings for 5 days to allow time for the paperwork/deposit to be completed.

Deposit and Balance

A deposit of £100 of the rental is due on booking. All bookings/ deposits paid will be confirmed by email or post. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before arrival. Please diary the date that your final payment is due.

Rental

Included in your rental are all charges for electricity at The Bolthole. One intial basket of logs for the fire is provided. Apart from linen, we also provide small bath towels and a hand towel and tea towels, and hand towel in the kitchen.

When you come to pack, it maybe helpful to know that we provide shower gel, hand gel, cleaning materials, dustbin bags, and toilet rolls in each cottage.

There is a washing machine at The Bolthole and outdoor line for drying clothes.

Reservation Conditions

  1. Every effort is made to ensure that all amenities as advertised are available but no liability can be accepted for any omissions.
  2. The accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. Please make sure the cottage is left clean and tidy and all rubbish is removed.
  3. If for reasons beyond our control the cottage becomes unavailable, liability shall be limited to a full refund by the proprietor.
  4. Well behaved dogs, minimum age 12 months, are very welcome but they are accepted on the understanding that their owners are responsible for covering any furniture if they are likely to jump up on to chairs. Also dogs are never allowed on the beds. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the property, unless you have spoken to the owners for advice.

With notice, we can arrange for a dog sitter if you wish to visit somewhere where it is inappropriate to take the dog. Fortunately most of our pubs are now very dog friendly.
