The Smithy is a comfortable, detached barn conversion, enjoying peace and tranquillity. It is situated on Dartmoor by a quiet, narrow country lane which leads to open moorland. From the patio, outside the front door, views of the moor can be enjoyed. The self catering accommodation comprises:

• An open plan living room with sofa-bed, dining area and modern fitted kitchen area.
• Including a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV and DVD player.
• The right hand door from the lounge leads to Shower Room with separate WC beyond.
• Double bedroom.

The facilities include:

• One acre garden (40 metres) shared with owner .
• NSH, electricity by meter reading Oct - Mar inclusive.
• Private parking (40 metres).
• Electric blanket.
• Microwave, cooker and fridge.
• Travel cot.
• Duvets with linen and towels.
• One small/medium-sized pet welcome.
• Cycle storage available.

The Smithy is 2 miles from the nearest A road, so be prepared to enjoy the quiet peace and tranquillity of the countryside. Dartmoor is one of the few areas in the UK where you can observe the stars and constellations in the almost complete absence of light pollution.
